Annie is a very feminine, affectionate bitch and as two UK breed specialist judges described, with a lovely head, eye and sweet expression and sound movement. She has also had an outstanding show career and we acknowledge Jane Fall's trust in us and her skill in the ring with Annie. Winning Baby Puppy in Show at the GRCV Championship Show in 2004, Jane showed Annie to multiple wins in Minor, Puppy and Junior classes until she stopped to have her first litter of pups in 2006. A table of her show achievements prior to gaining her Australian Title can be found under Annie - Annie's Show wins on our website.
In 2006 Annie won the Gretta Tombs Encouragement Award for achievement at the Golden Retriever Club of Victoria membership competitions as well as Minor Puppy of the Year and Junior of the Year.
Nearing her title at just 14 months, Annie retired to have a litter 3 points short of her title. She was only shown twice on her return to the show ring, gaining Best of Breed in December 2006 and sufficient points for her Australian Champion title. Subsequent achievements have been First Prize, Australian Bred Bitch at the Royal Melbourne Show in 2007. Her sound gait was evident as a very young bitch and in 2008 she won the Best Gaited dog in the Golden Retriever Club of Victoria's Championship Show.

Annie is the daughter of Fernfall Liberty Belle and Champion Fernfall Sun Power, known as Dylan. Dylan was an outstanding show dog with a beautiful expression, black pigment and great angulation and powerful stride. Dylan's progeny have inherited these appealing characteristics.
